Abstract

This paper aims to report the capture process of efficient microorganisms, performing a visual analysis of the diversification of microorganisms found in the three existing capture methods. The treatments consisted of three capture methods: T1 - tile traps; T2 - bamboo traps; and T3 - transparent plastic box traps. Rice portions were selected according to color, resulting in 80 g portions of the material selected for each capture method. The selected material was scored for the absence (grade 0) or presence (grade 1) of the color of interest. For the tile trap the diversification percentage was 34%, while for bamboo trap and transparent plastic box, both obtained color percentage in the order of 67%. The method for capturing the efficient microorganisms, using bamboo traps and plastic box, obtained a greater color diversification containing the MSs.
